Clear Complexion Acne Program

What acne is?

  • Acne is mostly caused by hormonal surges of puberty and begins with the development of blackheads (open pores filled with skin cells and sebum, a natural moisturizing substance) and whiteheads (closed pores that are clogged). Acne becomes more pronounced when bacteria gets into an already clogged pore and starts a tiny infection, known as a pimple. Cysts—large, painful, fluid-filled pimples, characterize severe acne.
  • With the following steps, acne can be controlled and cleared for beautiful skin.

Step 1 (am) - Daily cleanse with Gentle Cleanser (all types skin) or Complexion Cleanser (normal to oily) to remove surface debris and excess oil. This step will help to prepare the skin for corrective program. Gently cleanse entire facial area. Rinse with warm water.

Step 2 (pm) - After cleansing, apply Active Derm A (sensitive skin) or Vitamin A Forte (normal to oily skin). Apply thin layer over entire facial area. Avoid contact with eyes; this step will help to condition the skin. Active ingredients of Vitamin A acid, Glycolic acid and Lactic acid, provide the right amount of exfoliation to help clarify a glowing complexion. Vitamin A will help to stimulate your complexion program. Apply - Mon, Weds, Fri and Sun

Daily - Protect you skin from sun damage and moisture loss with Care Plus SPF 15 Sunblock. Very important step to apply daily.

Step 3 (pm) - After Cleansing, apply a thin layer of Complexion Gel over entire facial area. Do not merely dab on, as you need to treat acne forming beneath the skin surface. Skin will dry slightly as you remove dead skin cells. Care Plus Calming cream and calming mask is recommended to help calm skin and redness. Allow to dry, wear overnight. Apply - Tues,Thurs, Sat
